    Pretty sure he's talking about needing to use them in pass protection

    Vance McDonald is out. Haden, JuJu and Sensabaugh are questionable.

    Damn. My cautiously optimistic view is beginning to waver a bit. Would have felt much better about our chances if McDonald and Schuster were a go.

    Questionable usually means a go.
    DOUBTFUL, means no go.

    That's good news.

    2 weeks ago you couldn't have convinced me I'd be saying this, but after that abortion at the Mike LB last week, I'm thrilled.

    Go 44!

    Can I get a 1-5 scale rating on each of these guys skills from some of our members without too big of a debate. Granted, some don’t have a large body of work to pull from, I just want to get a better idea what Brady might audible in/out of based on who’s in.

    1=poor
    5=excellent

    JuJu will be a huge loss if he can’t play. I have 0 faith in Martavis.

    But Juju wasn't suffering any lingering effects of his hamstring injury though right?

    No say... Hammy are tricky and maybe not being a go the week prior condensed him up... Or maybe he's okay and it's all psychological warfare?

    That makes no sense. The Patriots have struggled to get outside pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They have 30 sacks, leaving them tied for 20th in the league. The Steelers had their tight ends out running routes against the Ravens, a team with a better pass rush than that of the Patriots. The Ravens are tied for seventh with 36 sacks.

    McDonald is an important loss. even moreso if Smith-Schuster can't play. The Steelers used James and McDonald to take up the slack with Smith-Schuster out last week.

    Again he's saying they won't need to use them as much in pass protection. He's not saying they won't be utilized as receivers or utilized less. If anything he wants more use out of them as recovers and the patriots pass rush or lack thereof allows that.

    I want them to use the TE more, I like the way the offense looked spreading it around. I'm just afraid of been locking into AB too much, allowing Bellichick to take advantage.

    If one of the questionables is downgraded to doubtful, then they won't go. If not, they'll go. This is how it works.

    This made me smile, lol. The thing with TM is he is a tackling machine and with playing time will keep getting better. The problem with TM which could really hurt us this week is his lack of speed. This kid made up for lack of speed with his read and react skills. I worry about him vs a team like this cause they are not a smash mouth kind of a team. I am so ready to watch him and hope I don't have to curse him, lol!

    Is it the same leg? What? You don't know? Of course I shouldn't be surprised that a message board doctor would know better than a doctor that cleared him to practice and play?

    Question.. How does the injury report actually work.... Could a coach potentially put a players injury as " Questionable" when they could put him on " Doubtful" or are there rules to avoid this kind of coach mind f---?

    Im not the one that used a Google search to back up a claim that he was fine since he practiced and had no lingering effects. If you want to continue to double down instead of just saying you could have been wrong by all means continue

    Hello? He said he couldn’t be healthy. I proved beyond a shadow of doubt that he in fact could. There’s no disputing that.
