Why pick tails? You never pick tails. Ben should have called: " Heads i win ,tails you lose."
Then again, we were going to kick off anyways , so i guess there would have been a big return as our special teams were just that.
    Is it Sunday yet?

This is a peak inside the thinking of our coaching staff. Now you know why we lose to the worst teams in the league with twice the talent. We out think our selves.

Forget hindsight. That would have been a horrible decision, regardless of how the defense played in the second half.

I finally got around to watching that last drive. Cohen made it around the corner on his big run because Haden was tackled. Maybe he doesn't make the tackle, but he at least slows the back down. The winning touchdown was also aided by a blatant hold. Of course, both plays also featured awful mistakes, Wilcox getting abused by Cohen and Shazier taking himself out of the play on the touchdown, but the Bears got a huge boost from the officials.

In regards to Haden, I know he was held on that play, but he definitely rushed inside on that run and the WR easily got his outside shoulder. I'm sure he was anxious to get the tackle in OT, but he had a similar play vs Minn. where Cook got outside of him because Haden took a real aggressive angle inside. May be just some outliers to his play, because he played other runs keeping better outside contain.

Haden's angle would have been fine if the offensive player didn't tackle him. The player who screwed up was Wilcox. Not only did Cohen easily fake him out, he didn't even have to slow down to do it.

They averaged over 6 ypc with absolutely no passing game. That's due to nothing but terrible defence. We knew they were going to run and we couldn't stop them
