I think the coaching is complicit based on a few comments from tomlin. I recall belicheat saying every year he always gives brady something to work on. I don't feel like ben has been challenged in the same way.

 

He gets 12 this year

 

Ben didn't play his best today but he doesn't deserve all of the blame.

We're 3 games in and sitting at 2-1 not 0-3 guys. Come down off of the ledge and remember we have 13 games left in regular season to play.

 

He needs to clean up his mechanics, father time rests for very few.

As I have stated in other threads very few (and obviously LB isn't one of them) can miss training camp
and expect to be up to standards expected of them. So he basically has stole money from the Steelers for the past 3 weeks.

Ben has been on the decline for years. What made him great his first 5 years or so in the league was his ability to extend plays move from the pocket, run for first downs if he has to. Now he is too slow, won't move from the pocket, throws it into traffic or just takes a sack while in the pocket. He has been playing the last few years like he is scared of getting injured.
What happened in this past off season is just what I hoped wouldn't happen, DRAMA. Ben talking about retirement. Then you have that ass wipe Bell pulling his **** all pre season. I would tell Ben if you want to retire by and thanks
for every thing. Get someone in there that is hungry. Bell I would trade in a second. RB's are a dime a dozen. Its the SOS with this team.
