It starts out against the Iggles. Surprise Surprise.

National TV for BA's return in preseason.

Watch for the 1st play of the game bubble screen followed by 2nd and 8 draw up he middle then a 3rd and 4, 60 yard bomb. Now will it be a TD or a punting situation?

Then onto Buffalo. Will it be in Canada or the US?

Finally, Cam Newton tries to fine tune his skills against our D for about 3 plays.

    Heres the preseaon folks. Enjoy.

The Buffalo game will be in Buffalo. I live in Rochester so this was on the local sports shows today and they said neither of the preseason games are in Toronto this year.

    Heres my concerns:

    1. Why have the first preseason game which is televised on NFLN be the Saints? biggest talk of offseason is them with bountygate.
    2. We played Philly last preseason there. why again? remember Troy getting an INT and tackled by mike vick?
    3. More hype with Indy and BA coming to Heinz field.

Huh? We aren't playing New Orleans. We're playing PHI, IND, BUF, and CAR. We play Philly every year, and last year was in Pittsburgh. There are a lot of teams we play a lot in preseason. Philly every year. A lot of Carolina, Denver, Atlanta... They are teams not in our division. I like it.

I don't think he's saying we play NO. I think his point is that the NFL Network is choosing, as its first televised game, to show the bounty huntin' Saints and it seems a bit hypocritical.

Yes im not saying we are playing them but saying the NFL is punishing the saints with bountygate with suspensions but hey we are gonna have you televised nationwide on the NFLN. its stupid. Its like a judge sentencing a DWI driver then letting him go home. Judge gives him the keys and a 6 pack. go on home now.

Probably determined before the **** hit the fan.

Or, more cynically, one could say that there is a wider interest generated in the Saints, so bigger audiences, but I'm not inclined to believe it. After all, it's not like it's "how are they going to play without bounties???"

I don't really see the connection, really. It's not like the NFL is going to be able to ban them from ever being shown on primetime.

I hope the first play of the game is a beer can to the back of BA's head
