While probably not prudent, would the Steelers consider brining back Blount?

The Patriots gave him a second chance and it really worked out for them. Obviously with all the moves they have made, he won't be returning to New England.

We have a need, but I think it would be unlikely.

Lord no. Hell no. Not gonna happen. There's a better chance of them signing Manziel to be our franchise QB.

I think we saw a few years ago that he tends to handle being the #2 poorly. I'd say he behaves like a #2 :poopy:when asked to be a #2.

I think we'll see Mendy and Dwyer in our backfield again before we see that moron.

Definitely not advocating for it. Was just putting the question out there.

Not a bad idea. Now that he's playing baseball too, he could be Pittsburgh's Bo Jackson! Pirates in the summer, Steelers in the winter!!

Not interested, find a younger cheaper RB in the draft.

I will have to say no on this.

This is a good draft for running backs. Besides, a good number two is needed but one that understands his role.

You said it alright - Blount is a good (for nothing) "number two". :bscow:

I don't think you guys want Blount. He's used up. And those 18 TDs were a mirage. Most of them were 1 yard runs. His yards per carry have gone down every year with the Pats. He's okay, but isn't getting any younger. I think Belichick has moved on from him.

You got a better chance walking down main street holding God's hand. than seeing Blount back in a Steelers uniform.

Heyward spoke out against him, I'm sure there would be a lot of infighting if he was brought back.

Colbert released him so the chance is very low.
