Good list Mac. I feel Mitchell is a liability in coverage, as we all saw yesterday. Moats should stay. Timmons to me can play the run but he is far to slow to cover in space. Need to get younger there. I don't understand the love fest for Wheaton.

 

I think JH retires so we might keep Jones...I hope we don't keep Ross and I also hope Gay retires ..We still need at least 2 CB'S and another Safety ...Our whole draft should have been how do we beat Brady for the past 5 years...We have failed miserably and I place that blame on KC..We have had chances to move up and get CB'S we have passed on very good Safety players ..All QB's are getting better and better at picking zones apart we will need to be able to play man coverage at a high level..If we ever intend to do that we need a new starting Safety, a new Starting outside CB, and a new slot CB ....

 

Agree, I cant believe that a former no. 1 draft pick Gilbert would not be better than Gay at this point. Like what Gay has done, but looks old and slow.

 

Wish it was MT but sadly it won't happen.

 

I want willie gay, Mitchell, heyward-bey, jones, moats, cockrell, golden, and last but not least butler. I want to make the switch. I voted for jones because I think he is gone. I want Timmons and wheaton back. Williams too. I would like them back because as you can see in the draft room. I want defense. I think jones can maybe play better in a 4-3. even if a backup. he wont be expensive.

 

Golden can't leave quick enough. How he's allowed to see the field is mind boggling. Anybody who re-watched the first game this year will see him running around like a chicken with it's head cutoff trying to cover Gronk. Then the one snap he gets last night not where he needs to be and shades to a side where we had 3 guys on 1 receiver. Like the end of a Benstonium video... Get the **** out of town.

 

Time to trim the fat!!!!

 

I think it will be JJ and Wheaton.

Also possibly, possibly Timmons.

 

Sure, pay me $5MM to stand on the sidelines and I'll say the same thing.

 

For what it is worth, the Steelers already said they would use the Franchise Tag on Bell.

these two for sure in my mind. I cannot see how Timmons is not brought back. No brainer to me. I would have said Ladarius Green, but I guess he said he plans on "playing" next year. It's a toss up on D Will. Not sure what he'll do.

I say we cut Cam Thomas again this year even though he's not on the team just because I'm still in a bad mood lol

 

What about backup QB? Some caller mentioned Romo ( Not gonna go there lol). Would Sanchez, Weeden, Vick be upgrades?

 

Game is past that guy and don't want him here again anyway. No to Sanchez imo either.

I still think they bring back L Jones, as much as we agree or not.

 

Dont see AB on that list.
