There's a sports shop here in Cincy that I took my stitched Santonio jersey to, and they put my last name over the "Holmes" nameplate for $70. The "replica" ones are cheaper. Might be worth seeing if there's a local place like that where ever you are (look for mom and pop type sports shops).
