I've read your posts. I wouldn't be making those claims.

The first drive said it all
Picked apart over the middle with little resistance. The only reason it ended in 3 was a drop.
I never really felt like we were in the game, and we hadn't even touched the ball yet.
Lots of fun to watch..thanks guys

Well Texans have them a great game plan that steelers incorporated ZERO of shows you these coaches are just flat out lousy and unprepared. All season this team gave up tons of yac trying to rip balls out of receivers hands and this was not even corrected. Pretty lousy in my opinion.

Playing zone is a disaster every time we play the Patriots! I don't understand why we don't make adjustments!

But are you optimistic against this pats team? That's the thing. When we have shown incredible stubbornness to exploit an opponent's weakness. The Super Bowl is actually quite intriguing because Dan Quinn is a defensive guy and coached that Seattle team a few years ago. I'm curious to see if he plays this pansy scheme against the pats.

Hey, we don't know who made the coverage decisions, it could have been Tomlin.
We have the athletes to play them in man coverage, the advantage was ours.
Does Carnell Lake have a voice in the decision, how could he go along with zone coverage? We have young physical and athletic secondary, man was a perfect scheme, and we passed on it. Why?!

We have witnessed just how far the current coaching staff's ability can take this team.

We have two offensive weapons with Bryant and Green missing. Bell got hurt and Bellicheat takes away Brown. It was up to DWill, Eli, James, and some other fodder to get points on the board. Not nearly good enough.

This had to have been the most "out of touch" defensive AND OFFENSIVE play calling I've seen in a long time. It was so bad it was if the team was trying to lose.

In the 1st series, 3td and 1, pouring down rain, and you throw a 40 yd bomb to the most stone hand WR on the team.

I knew the team (and most important, the coaches) wasn't ready when I saw that

And that knuckle head of an incompetent of an OC, Butler, never flinched from it once

Almost 400 yards passing for Brady.
    Defense failed.

Yep and nothing is going to change in the near future. Might as well come to terms with it.

Then I don't know what to tell you. It takes a very rudimentary level of wit to see that something that hasn't worked likely will not work if the same effort is made twice (or eight/nine times in our case).

I didn't care for the non adjustments on Defense either. We don't know who made those calls. Was it Tomlin or was it Butler. One thing we do know is you're not smarter than Butler.

You are correct because Atlanta DID do the same thing: Green Bay runs the exact same D as the Steelers.

One thing we do know is that you don't know me, nor do you know Keith Butler. Maybe don't take everything literally on a message board post-loss, because I obviously do not know him either.

And look what NE did they were clutching and jamming and holding and basically mugging receivers at the line will past the chuck mark and weren't getting called so the Steelers could have been just as physical as well.

I've said arrogant before because of this unwillingness to even address what has worked for other teams.

He's not going to be fired, but it's perplexing and frustrating to see a gameplan on defense that's plays into Brady's strength and has been a formula for failure in the past! They obviously have no trouble whatsoever exploiting our zone D as indicated by how wide open every slow-footed receiver on their roster was from a freaking college lacrosse player to a fullback nobody's heard of!!!
