Rewatching Steelers/Patriots 2015 Season Opener

We lost by 7... No Pouncey or Bell. No headsets. Gronk walked in for a touchdown uncovered. We missed a FG. Touchdown called back by DHB because he stepped out by an inch. Forced a fumble that they recovered at the our 1 and scored 7.

Their offense isn't as good. Our defense is better. Really see how far our defense has come since then. Dupree was a roookie and Harrison wasn't at full speed.. Gronk was running wild. How bad our secondary was with Blake, William Allen, and Cortez Allen.

Offense we are better. Defense they are better. First game of the year so I think Ben was throwing the ball better in this game then now but with Pouncey and Bell. Receiving core as a whole just better. TE that can make big plays whether it's Green or The Outlaw. O-line is way better now. Their defense is just all around better now.

This game and revenge is ours!! No excuses. We should win this game.

 

If we'd have had Chris Boswell that game rather than Josh Freaking Scobee, we'd have won that game, I'm convinced of it

 

Do we win this time? LOL! I can always rewatch games we win but never games we lose. Although I'm sure with your love of Tomlin you enjoy rewatching losses more because they help you find more reasons to dislike Tomlin. LOL! Just kidding.

 

It's going to come down to 1 or 2 plays, just like most of the games during our streak. Think about it....

KC: 2 PT conversion and final 3rd down
Browns: they fumble on 5 yard line
Ravens: AB heroics to get over goal line
Cinn: 1 TD drive aided by 4 consecutive penalties

I would love some big plays and a blow out...but we'll be on the edge of our seats until the last moments.

I wouldn't say there are no excuses for losing.

But agree that we're much better than we have been last two times we played them.
