Alabama Clemson Game

Who else is watching?

Even though Clemson shellacked my Buckeyes last week, I'm expecting Alabama to win this one mightily.

 

What a surprise.....



Alabama's historic defense is turning the Tiger offense into feline stew.



.... and they say the big games in the NFL have gotten stale.

 

Nice effort to stay in bounds on the Clemson TD.

 

They're definitely keeping it interesting. I didn't expect it to be this close.

 

Nor did I. Should Clemson pull this off, upset of the year and more than likely of the past 5-7 years.

 

Clemson in the red zone down 3 with 5 minutes left. Things are definitely getting interesting.

 

Marlon Humphrey has been abused thus far.



His stock is going to take a hit for sure.

Patriots would have been proud of that pick on the last play.

I'm happy for Watson, he seems like a quality guy.

 

Wow. What a game. Congrats to Clemson, I was not looking forward to Bama running the table.

 

Didn't watch a single down but love the idea of Nick Saban losing. As much as UT fans can be complete idiots and obnoxious AL fans are probably just as bad or even worse. Also their overrated pretty boy OC Kiffin is a joke too and really only got coaching jobs because of daddy. Both him and Saban have proven they're not man enough to play with the big boys.

 

463 total yards and 4 TD's for Deshaun Watson.

 

Why would Alabama not just tackle all the receivers at the line on that last play?

They get PI, but there wouldn't be time to run another play. Clemson kicks FG and it goes OT

I've been a Clemson and Steelers fan my entire life, so much for the former that I decided to go to school there without question or hesitation. And let me tell ya, this was special. If the Steelers were to win the Super Bowl this year, I'd probably say, "As it should be". With my Tigers, I never thought I'd experience this. What a game!

 

I fell asleep during the 4th quarter and woke up right on the last couple of plays on the final drive. Wow, what a finish. Congrats to Clemson, I really didn't expect them to outplay Alabama's defense, but at the same time, I'm not completely surprised. Great game!

 

And amazingly enough - Pitt remains the only blemish on Clemson's otherwise remarkable season. I was rooting for the Tigers all the way because of that.

Whoa - what about those Clemson receivers - Mike Williams can write his own check for upcoming Sunday play for a long time. Same with their tight end and probably Renfroe sporting a Pats jersey (ugh).

 

Great game by both teams. Watson is a player, If he gets with the
right team at the next level and gets good coaching he will be a very good pro.

 

Here's hoping that the Browns don't draft him ...
