I'd round up these whiny college kids and demand a change of the outcome and then hide in my safe place with the Steeler's shiny new participation trophy

Picture me, laying on my couch, tapping my phone against my leg in a futile attempt to distract myself from the disgrace I've just witnessed. My chest is tight from bouts of screaming and my fingers numb from "fire Tomlin" rants. I decide to try and sleep to forget this season's woes, but it is no use, and I lay awake all night trying to pinpoint the exact cause of such a catastrophe, until I finally realize that the source of my pain lies not within the Steelers organization, but rather my lifestyle choices.

Cut to March. I have since renounced all worldly connections, red meat, dairy, the color brown, and have entered a state of purity via nirvana. As I finish my second round of organic vegan filter feeding that day, my mind trails off to a realization that places my soul at ease. I push my long, unkempt hair out of my eyes, and smile at my ceiling as if it is the glistening galaxy itself. I place a firm hand on my chest, and a trembling finger on my cheek to catch a tear trickling down my face.

I rejoice, "at least im not a raisin."

This team has Super Bowl talent and no coaching, I have accepted this. I was move interested in local high school football than Steeler football after they started the downward spiral.

No way am I breaking my TV over a football game.

 

I would feel betrayed by the players. On paper we should dominate them. We're at home motivated by a must-win game. Unless something happen to Big Ben, I can't image us losing that game. If we do, then we simply don't deserve to play in post season & I'm tired of cheering for other teams to fail so that we can benefit. We need to earn our keep & stop relying on others to settle our fate..
