I'm a New York Strip kinda guy and I only eat my steaks well done. My wife hates that and says that only rednecks do that and that I "ruin" steaks by having them made that way. I just can't stand the thought of eating something that has blood all over it. Hank Hill was teaching Bobby how to grill once and Bobby asked "well what if someone wants theirs well done"? and Hank said "well then they will be asked firmly but politely to leave". LOL!

I'll play. There used to be a butcher shop in town named "Tom's" Their logo was, "You can't beat Tom's meat!" Pretty funny seeing their trucks making deliveries!

Correct.. a majority of Restaurants, Hotels and eateries use prime meats. The best cut.
