There are TONS of seats left whether it's ticketmaster , stubhub etc for Ravens game. It happened to me recently with concert tix. Paid top dollar for front row seat, but then got 3rd row day dirt cheap at another . Plus boys and I disagree on where to sit. I want lower level.138 10 yd line??? But they said they rather 50 yd line 535 high for about same price . Considering transportation , hotel , Pens tix etc the cheaper the better .

I like my chances. Any other suggestions? Other then cheap Steelers stuff I got on HSN... this it for Xmas ..our trip. I didn't even get a tree lol! Heck my mom is Miss Better Homes and Gardens lol. She'll probably have 3!☺

    Thx for any input!

I know everyone wants lower level tickets but I can see the game overall better from the upper level.

i much prefer LL to be close to the action but understand different preferences; seeing all 22 players and the play develop is a neat perspective especially when you are used to the tunnel vision of broadcast TV

My expectation is that a win over Cincy will increase the interest but with the holiday and potential weather (cold drizzle) who knows?

Gotta have a tree, even if it's a Charlie Brown one. Sounds like you have your priorities in order though.

I'd sit lower, the higher levels get extremely cold and windy, especially this point in the season. Also this will be a game in complete dark with no sun, so you will have zero sunlight to even warm you up a little bit.

If your in upper levels 504-517 (Visitor sidelines), you face west, and usually wind comes out of the west.

It also seems to me the higher I go, the more drunk a-holes I run into, at the field level section in seems to be less drunk a-holes.

Just my experiences. I just had a bad time once. 7-8 years ago, with a drunk guy in the upper levels saying the F word every sentence, in front of a 10 year old kid that was their with his Dad. Just really set me off, from wanting to sit up in the higher levels again.

But with prices, sometimes upper levels is all the working person can barely afford anymore.

But, I vote field section 10 yard line, and pray for some Steelers scoring in your endzone!

I'm a bit if a Goo goo dolls fanatic lol! I've probably seen them 2-3 a year since 96 lol! I had front row in Chattanooga and was so close we could of touched. Had so much fun I just checked and got 3rd row in Birmingham the next night for $30! It was a great idea until I realized I forgot about time change and didn't make it back to Atlanta till 3am! Too old to be that crazy!

I agree...weather and it being Xmas is why seats are available so close. Except for us Xmas is when we go to NE Pa with a side trip to Pitt. I'm going to decide and get them this week before next game.

Hope the weather isn't too bad. Drove through blizzard in WV/Pa last year when we went to Broncos game. Leaving a day early. Have almost 2 days to get to Penns game and another 2 for Ravens

Thx so much! You helped with my decision! I was born and raised in Pa but have been in South for awhile now. We will be dressed for it...but the second you said it's colder and windy...uh uh lol!

Especially with your experience . Last year we sat LL next to the greatest fans who have had season tix for years.

Crossing fingers for no rain or snow.

130's are great seats especially if you are half way up or better. our's are 22 rows up and you can see everything. my best friend is coming in from dallas and taking his daughter, sister and new son in law with ours Christmas day. have fun.:smiley1::cool:

The wife and I went to the end of season game in cincy last year. We will never go to another game in cincy. Those fans are classless and trashy. Shirts off, drunk, smoking in the stands, vulgar to the Steelers fans. We saw serious fights breaking out on the way back to the car. I've been to 4 different stadiums to see the steelers play and never seen behavior like that.

It greatly intensified my disdain for the bungles.

Well..I bit the bullet and bought tickets in sec 138 for 200 ea. Merry Xmas to boys and I lol!

I checked EVERY site last night and these were the cheapest best seats. Maybe because they were 3 together but the next price for seats around us and would have to be split were $296ea!

Even better news I'll be saving $500 a month on health insurance so I'll pay cc off next month lol...ok maybe 3 with misc trip expenses.

    Thanks again for input....

I've never been to Paul Brown stadium, so I have no clue what Bengals fans are like. But, drunk idiots are in every city in the country, if you go just hope it's calm and not heated.

I've gone to dozens of Steelers games, and most times I've had very few issues. Just once or twice, drunk people just have to act like idiots.

The best seats this time of the year is the 200 section under the over hang. Close and under cover. But probably going to cost you $300-400.
