they suck and the players don't have time to recuperate properly.

Especially, now you have teams playing overseas games as well.

I would take fire, chlorine trifluoride, HMX and heptanitrocubane, set each ingredient up in correct sequence, watch some fireworks and have a good Coca-Cola with some Extra Butter popcorn and not have a shred of sympathy for it. Thursday Night Football is not just an embarrassment to the game, it is a disgrace to the players and fans. Good riddance should TNF rot away forever in the bowels of hell. TNF should be played on specific holidays anyway; shoving garbage with temperatures exceeding the most powerful plasma steel cutters down the fans throats being asinine to the infinitesimal degree.:rawk::rawk::butcher::butcher:

Before anyone states anything based on this, yes, I am very well aware that I am being very violent and aggressive. However, this bigot side show has gone on long enough. It is time to put am end to this ridiculous charade and bring back top level quality to the sport instead of oversaturating in a vein attempt to reach a mystical number within the allotted time ($25 billion a year by 2025 according to the commissioner).

    Talk about oversaturation.

To think that many NFL owners championed Goodell as a genius in business and marketing after the CBA.

I love Thanksgiving day games, but as for the rest of the Thursday games, I wouldn't shed a tear if they were to be done away with. I also hate when the Steelers play Thursday and I have less to look forward to on Sunday.

Those Sunday games are getting lame as well - e.g. Pats/Jets; Ravens/Bengals. Return to the pre- AFL/NFL merger. Make every team that has relocated over the past 75 years go back to where they came from. Can't wait for that Cleveland Rams/Chicago Cardinals match up. Hmmmm.....where's that green ink cartridge?
