Which means Belichick has 200 wins, plus a few more with other QBs in just 16 years, you think tomlin can match that record for 16 years, he only needs to get another 100 wins in 6 years to catch up and there isnt enough games for him to win in 6 years to do it....

I'm pretty sure that the 200 wins includes the playoffs as well. I don't really get why the report it both ways. Certainly playoff wins is an important stat. But just looking at regular season wins versus total seems pretty dumb, playoffs matter (unless you are Marvin Lewis). Anyway, this is Belichick's 17th year coaching the Patriots and 22nd year overall. He has 232 regular season wins and 23 playoff wins. For Tomlin, this is his 10th year with 98 regular season wins and 6 playoff wins.

I see no point in separating Belichick's stats just with Brady. He was also their coach during the first four games this season. Could Tomlin win 134 regular season games over the next 12 seasons? That's an average of 11 wins per year. Hopefully we can all agree we would like to see the Steelers get 12 - 14 wins each year. That's pretty much what Belichick has been doing. As for the playoff wins, I certainly would like to see Tomlin improve his numbers as a playoff winning coach.

Bottom line, even though Belichick (this makes me choke just typing it, but nonetheless true) is one of the all time greats, it is not impossible for Tomlin to match him. We all know 8-8 isn't going to cut it, but 11-5 is not impossible.

All the credit goes to the Steelers organization. Lets keep it real, we all know he doesn't gameplan. Browns would already have a 0-16 season if he was the coach.

Suggesting an NFL Head Coach - however good or bad - 'doesn't gameplan' isn't really keeping it real, is it...?

If he does not gameplan.... then who does? Certainly not the Rooney's or Kevin Colbert.

In addition, are you implying that Mike Tomlin is not apart of the Steelers Organization? If he is not apart of the teams plans year in, year out, who is coaching then?

Let's evaluate that for a moment, Tomlin's down seasons were no worse than 8-8. Neither Cowher or Noll can say that. Should he stay another 10, there's a chance he and the Steelers are successful. Though, I'm not really sure how bad it would have to be for them to fire him.

Honestly, I think Haley comes with the offensive gameplan and Butler with the defensive. I don't think Tomlin watches film and then sits them down and says we need to attack them like this. Perfect example is the Patriots and Ravens game. I said before both they need to spread them out and get Bell involved in the passing game. They do the opposite and lose both games and then they come with that gameplan the next 3 weeks and go 2-1 and look a lot better. Gameplans look pretty much the same every week. They don't exploit other teams weaknesses. Tomlolin is just bad. Yes, he's part of the organization but they made him great. Put him on 25 other teams in the league and he's a below average coach fighting for his job every year. Just like if Ben went to another organization, who knows if he'd be in the league or a HoFer. Same with Brady. All about situations. Tomlin is got a great situation.

Belichick has been good without Brady. He coached the Patriots to 11-5 in 2008 without Brady. This year he was 3-1 without Brady. Tomlin has been getting progressively worse without Roethlisberger as a starter and Batch/Leftwich as backup. Without Roethlisberger... this team is 6-10 at best. I'd hate to say this, but losing seasons are on the horizon when Ben decides to hang up the cleats, even if the defense is top 10 ranked.
