The cure for this loss is to beat up on the next team up!!!! Ouch!!! the Brownies are gonna get slapped around. I see this as a blow out!!!! The Bengals lose to Giants, Raisins are gonna lose to the Cowboys and we will be back tied with them. We get rolling. Go Steelers:dancing:

This is the Browns' Super Bowl. Cleveland's stadium will be sold out. Browns will play their hearts out, while the Steelers will be lethargic. Most likely will be another L for Steelers.

You do know the Browns havn't won a game right? You really think Tomlin can beat a bad team with that much confidence? talk about the glass is half full kind a guy.

I will be more intrigued to see the results for myself should this team lose next week.

I suppose next week will be far more telling than some are giving the situation credit for.

Yeah if they go in there with a big hangover from the cowturd game and play sloppy ball and the clowns get 2 or 3 turnovers it could get nasty.......

Rooney's trade the team to Cleveland. We will be the new Browns.

I suspect we will win a close game. It will be embarrassing but we will win. Then the Tomlin can do no wrong crowd can rejoice and re-book their superbowl tickets.

Cumulatively what I've learned from all these post-game threads is that if the Rooneys would just fire "Tomlinson" - the Steelers will "loss" no more games but the other Division teams will "loss" all remaining games. Brilliant. After all, a wynn is a wynn!

Looks like someone's pride is hurt!!! ,but to suggest that we are any where related to the Brownies is mind blowing!!!! We are a very young unprepared team on defense and special teams who will get their act together and make the playoffs once again. There alot of teams who were contenders last year, that are hurting this year cards, packers, bengals, panthers etc etc. It ain't over until it's over!!!

A team doesn't lose four games in a row because they are good. Unprepared, undisciplined, unaccountable, bad coaching and a history of losing to bad teams doesn't seem like a sure win against the Browns to me. Seems like their is something internal going on with this team, they should not go on losing like they are now with so much talent, especially on offense.

Well we come in flat and the Browns can beat us ..Ben doesn't play nearly as good on the road...As far as the Dallas game the Rats actually have a real run Defense ,they held Bell to like 30 yards..They may be able to contain him and stop the big plays off of PA because of that..Basically I would think long and hard before you bet the farm on the Cowboys...The Rats match up very well with them...

@STEELWARRIOR@STEELWARRIOR I've got to ask, do you work for the Steelers PR Department? :lolol:

Honestly, a win against the hapless Browns won't make me feel that much better about how this season has transpired thus far and a loss would not surprise me in the least. I've lost all confidence in this team at this point. I predict that we'll come down to the last week fighting it out for the number 6 seed and having to depend on other teams to secure us a playoff berth. Yay.

The only cure I can think of at this point:

    :tequila:

I think we'll beat the Browns with ease, but that doesn't prove much. We need a streak, and this group of players doesn't give me confidence that we can pull off a streak. Had we won yesterday, I would have felt good about our chances to win 5 of the last 7 and get to 10-6. I still think we can win 5 of the last 7, but now that only gets us to 9-7, and I don't think that will be enough. For this group to win another 6 or 7 games seems very improbable with the constant stream of brain farts.

Yeah, I'm still pissed about yesterday (in case you can't tell)...,

I think the 6 seed may be harder to achieve than the division. Heck, there are already 3 teams with 7 wins in the west, and we have 4. We'll probably just need to win our division, which has gone from one of the best to a joke.
