The Steelers starting Sunday play 3 games in 11 days hosting Dallas, at Cleveland next week, then at Indy on Thanksgiving. If we win Sunday against Dallas I really believe we win the next two games in Cleveland and Indy and get to 7-4. As for Baltimore and Cincy their schedules are as such. Baltimore plays at Dallas next Sunday then hosts Cincy the following week on Thanksgivig weekend. Cincy meanwhile, plays Monday night at the Giants, home to Buffalo next weekend then at Baltimore the following weekend.

Here is how I see it playing out with those 2. I think Baltimore loses to both Dallas and Cincy and falls to 5-6 and I think Cincy splits the Giants and Bills games and beats Baltimore which puts them at 5-5-1.

So hopefully in roughly 2 weeks if the Steelers win these next 3 games in 11 days and improve to 7-4 they will have a 2 game lead over the Ravens and essentially a 2 game lead over Cincy. Looking at the schedules these next 2 weeks I think this all has a very good chance of happening. What do you guys think??

    Works for me

I think Cinci wins vs. NY and Buffalo, and then loses to the Ravens on the road. That would leave Balt at 6-5 and Cinci at 5-5-1.

Bottom line - if we take care of business, we're golden.

I'm having a hard time seeing the Steelers win 2 road games in a row with Cleveland and Indy. They haven't done that this year, and not sure of last year also, there road record shows it.

I'm thinking we could win this weekend and split the road games.

Now that is thinking positive. :lolol:

I'm a bit more pessimistic...or realistic as I'd prefer to call it. We just lost 3 games in a row to Miami, NE, and Baltimore. I'm thinking we will be lucky to win 2 of the next 3 games against Dallas, Browns, and Colts. Sure it's possible but only because the Browns suck. The Colts and Cowboys could easily beat us. And given Tomlin's record against bad teams there is no way I'm looking past the Browns game. That is not a sure win for the steelers.

    Tunnel of love
In its earliest incarnations, riders were taken by two-passenger boats through dark passages. There were two major themes: a relaxing romantic ride encouraging the couple to cuddle, or a spooky horror ride encouraging the couple to cling to one another. The darkness provided a degree of privacy and the frightening scenes offered a socially acceptable excuse for the physical contact at a time when public affection or even holding hands was considered inappropriate.

With the development of other socially acceptable opportunities and less stigma for unmarried couples to engage in physical contact, these rides became less popular and were either re-themed into children's attractions or torn down completely.

are there any good quaterbacks in the draft? I'll take my talk to the Bill Nunn Sr. room. FYI, Bill Nunn Jr. died about a month ago. R.I.P. Radio Raheem http://i.ytimg.com/vi/x_vQYXKUr_0/maxresdefault.jpg radioraheem.jpg He was a good man.

I kissed my first girlfriend on the Old Mill ride. I just saw they don't have it at kennywood anymore. Whats a teenage boy to do?

Steelers will be out if the division race by thanksgiving

I love all the rosy scenarios you all dream up, it's like the end of the season and they are 8-8 and watching all the scenarios of how they are going to get into the playoffs, never mind they sucked and dont deserve to get into the post season and now i'm reading they will win 3 in a row and lead the division, hell if they can beat dallas today I will be shocked.....

Win the next 2 with the Browns and Colts. Ravens lose the next 2 at Dallas and against Cincy, and the Bengals lose tomorrow to the Giants and win the next two against the Bills and Ravens and two weeks from today we will be in first place again at 6-5 to the Ravens 5-6 and the Bengals 5-5-1.

LOL Still optimistic I like it! I said last week we will struggle to go 4-4 in the next 8 games. We should blow Cleveland out of the water but you know how we play against bad teams. I think we beat Cleveland but lose to Indy. I think its very possible that the division winner in the AFC North will be 7-9 or 8-8 so we are definitely still in it!

Looks like my prediction I originally made in this thread is one Ravens loss against the Bengals away from coming true this weekend. This is exactly why I said on here a few weeks ago to not panic and that the opportunities for the Steelers to get back into 1st place would be there. And sure enough here we are.

Ravens will beat the Bengals. Ravens have a decent D. Steelers will be playing "catchup" for the rest of the season... as usual.

Wish I could be that optimistic... but we have the Giants who are on a winning streak and hell bent on hanging with the Cowboys in the NFC East. Also... we have the Bills at Buffalo who could be a possible 6th seed team and don't forget about Burfict and rest of Bengals dirty players aiming to take out Bell, AB and Roethlisberger. Ravens won't go out quietly... the rest of the schedule is a *****, to put it lightly.

Your right the schedule isn't that easy but these games can all be won and that will get the team ready for the playoffs. Hell, they can even afford to lose one of the remaining 5 games and be okay IMO.

Pittsburghs path to the playoffs is theirs to control and theirs alone. Should they elect to seize the opportunities given to them each and every week, then the playoffs are as good as theirs.

.... maybe then after a good playoff run will the "Fire Mike Tomlin" chants will subside substantially. Then again, they will not regardless due to the nature of nit pick fans critiquing everything; wins or otherwise.

If the Steelers can just go 2-1 in their next 3 games they will I believe at the very worst be tied with the Ravens record wise going into that game here on Christmas Day which is really setting itself up to be a showdown with the division on the line. The Steelers next 3 games are the Giants and at the Bills and Bengals, the Ravens next 4 games are Cincy and Miami at home, at New England and Philly at home. No way the Ravens will go through those 4 games I just mentioned without suffering at least one loss. It's just not gonna happen and I'll bet a lot on that if I could do so.

So as I said worst case scenario Ravens go 3-1 in the next 4 and we go 2-1 we are both 8-6 going into the Christmas Day game and the winner of that game pretty much wins the division. It's gonna be hard for the Ravens to sweep the Steelers back to back years. I really don't think they are good enough this season and the odds are they just won't do it two years in a row as the Steelers are a much better team at home then on the road. I like the Steelers chances in that game.
