Will Harrison..

Get those three sacks he needs to pass Gildon? Looks like he's hit a wall. The way Jarvis Jones has been playing he's our best OLB. Unless he needs a blow there's no reason to take JJ off the field. If Dupree comes back soon it's only going to cut more into Harrison's playing time. Still plenty of time, but I'm starting to wonder...

 

Unless he has an insane game I'm going with no. He does normally have good games against the ravens but I don't see how he gets it at this point.

 

I say no he doesn't get the 3 sacks, let Jarvis get the majority of the playing time.

 

I'm rooting for him cause not only is it a great personal accomplishment for him, but great for the team to get sacks.
I want to see the best players on the field regardless who they are.
Maybe they have some more packages with both JJ and Harrison on the field together?
Moats doesn't seem to be getting it done Chickilo appears to be slightly better than Moats at this point of the season.
Dupree can't get back fast enough.

 

Butler is gonna need to get creative to get Harrison the 3 sacks. I fear Harrsion has hit a wall.

 

I like Harrison but his play has shown his best days are behind him. JJ isn't anything better than average but he is what we have. The fact he is our best OLB says a lot about why our defense isn't very good.

 

I'm just hoping the whole dang defense can get 3 for the rest of the season at this point. LOL! I honestly doubt he gets it though. I think he has to get it against the rats this year if it does happen.

 

If we get some big leads, he could get them in garbage time if Butler design some rushes just to free him up. So I say yes, he'll get them all against the Browns

Jarvis won't get three sacks this year, either. He's probably be a better 4-3 OLB but that's not the system we play and our coaches aren't smart enough to adapt.

 

Maybe against the Colts, like he did last season.

 

I agree he probably won't get 3 sacks this year and he is more suited in a 4-3 on someone else's team which I won't follow because when you leave, I could care less what you do...

 

The Browns actually have a good offensive line.

I hope he makes it. He's meant a lot to the Steelers over the years. He's always been a legit OLB. It would be nice for him to make that accomplishment.

I dont know if he wants them. That could put him in a HOF conversation possibly. Which means he could possibly have to make a speech.

Yes, Harrison is credited with two sacks against the Ravens.

So, after his 2 sack performance vs Ratbirds he only needs one more.
I bet he'll get it done this year. That guy deserves to be the all time sack leader of this team, which lacks of higlights right now
