Not on Stubhub. Still up there. But of course the price of the seats mean nothing if beers are still $8.75 a piece.

What! That's awful... that stadium better be packed.

You know I got to wonder about Steeler fans. I go to games a lot... that Stadium is never really full at capacity. People take until the end of the 1st just to get into the stadium and to their seats, and they they take half the second and third for half time break. The stadium is so empty after halftime it is actually an advantage for opponents.

Also I got to wonder if Steelers heavily rely on people traveling from well out side the city to fill seats. That means people are spending way more than just the ticket to see a game. They may feel the high cost just isn't worth it given the circumstances.

All I know is I will be there screaming my head off! Steeler fans I'm calling you out!

Since wear powing on hear, we're oh wear did all theese tru blew Stiller fanz go?

(sorry my spill chick iz on the fritz)

On a serious note - too bad the Steelers can't play all their home games at the Murph (right Mr Santee?) - that place would be packed full from start to finish and then some as out of town fans tend to linger afterwards until they're asked to leave.

Interest is waning, not just this game. It's also league wide. The ownership groups are quite concerned because their cash cow TV rating are slipping as well. The price to go to a game is outlandish. And the whole PSL bull#$@! is a joke. And quite expensive. I have seen games where all you see is yellow seats. The NFL is painting themselves into a negative corner trying to squeeze every last penny out of everything they do. To much oversaturating. That's why I believe they are playing games abroad more and more to spark more interest and keep the cash cow flourishing and limit losses.

As far as this game is concerned sorry but it's going to be ugly. Good thing they have a bye next week...

I wish the Dallas tickets would drop. I have messed around and the tickets are higher than I paid for playoff tickets. Already have 2 nights reserved, worst case, there is a Penguins game on Sat night.

I went to the December 2012 game against the Browns when the Steeler were out of the playoffs. Empty seats everywhere. It looked like a high school game.

I met someone once who had worked with the NFL as some kind of UK marketing consultant. He said the attitude of their suit-types was completely the wrong way around - they weren't asking how to reach audiences, they were demanding to know why audiences weren't buying their product. They were basically like: our product is amazing and everyone wants it, so there's something wrong with people if they don't like it.

Those empty yellow seats stick out like a sore thumb. It's always been that way. Don't understand it and never will.

Well, I'd rather they not futz with the product to placate a bunch of soccer loving limeys.

The only Thursday games I watch are the Steelers - the product on a short week is awful. They need to eliminate those. But they won't. They'll probably add Friday games, too. What we used to yearn for on Sunday afternoons and Monday night back in the day is now on all day Sunday, starting at 9:00 if there is a game in London. And every Thursday, not just Thanksgiving.

College football is also on Thursdays and Fridays now. If you jones for football on Tuesday or Wednesday, or all offseason for that matter, there are 24x7 networks dedicated to it on TV and satellite radio. We're super-saturated. We don't value it anymore.

They also need to reign in replay. I don't need 5 minutes of jaw jacking by ex jocks and referees to tell me what a catch is, no matter if the ball lost contact with the player at a molecular level after he rolled on the ground three times.

Yes, I have tickets for the game and been trying to sell them but I can't get even close to what I paid for them. Which was 40% over face value
I'm going to have to and sit there and
    watch this mess

I once bought a package deal that gave me a regular season Vikings game ticket just so I could get a preseason ticket to see the Steelers play the Vikings and even though it was preseason I stayed for the whole game.

There are people around the country that would give their left arm to experience a home game even if Landry Jones was playing QB and the opponent looked unbeatable, myself included. It's Alumni weekend so quit your whinning, put on your jersey grab your towel and go scream your head off because that is what Steeler Nation does

Or you can sit in your basement in your jammies and troll like a boss.

    Choose but choose wisely.
