I am not gonna even get into yesterday. I will just get pissed again. we have the pats this week and it is obvious that this zone defense doesn't work anymore. say we don't have the players or whatever you want but we have what we have.

I would love to see burns, gilbert, and gay at corners. davis and Mitchell at safeties. I don't care what you do up front. 4 d lineman or 3. I don't care. play man on everyone. even gronk. hell let davis have him. these boys are gonna have to learn sometime and I believe they will get a good lesson this week.

press them from the snap. sure brady can put the ball wherever he wants but he is gonna have to do it everytime to beat me. he hates to hold the ball so make him. at least for 3 seconds.lol

without ben its gonna be damn near impossible but if bell and Williams can get o 45 or 50 carries and jones doesn't throw more than 20 times, I give us a punchers chance.

only if we play man. lets see if burns can do it. lets see if we have anyone who will step up. this week more than any other I am putting it on coaches. I have always said that the players control the outcome. after yesterday I have no doubt that is the case. pathetic. but this week the coaches can play the players who are gonna be the future and see where they are.

so am I missing something by thinking this has a snowballs chance of working?

    just a thought

We played man a few years ago and it was AMAZING. I remember being completely stunned at our game plan that day. Of course, we had Ben under center that day...

Yep it really took them off-guard and they didn't adapt well. I'd rather die by the blitz than let Brady pick the zone apart.
