    How in the hell can a organization like the Steelers with such a huge fan base have such a pathetic message board on their main site? Are they just stupid or too cheap to care? That message board over there is an insult to true Steeler fans. I bet if the tickets at Heinz stopped selling they would put some effort into it. Go take a look at the Bengals board. Even a crap organization like Cinci has a great board for their hillbilly fans.

    I wouldn't call it being too stupid or too cheap. I don't the think the Steelers org is either of those things. But, it is obviously not a priority for them. Just like having a good running game has not been as important to them as the passing game lately. I'm not going to pretend to know why and I'm sure as heck not going to bash the Steelers for not having a board. It seems to me that they probably believe they have gotten rid of it, but some admin somewhere - probably not even an employee of the Steelers org. is just keeping it running and limping along as some sort of weird twisted social experiment. They are probably laughing their arse off right now watching their 2011 version of an ant farm online. They now have created two separate camps of fans who have splintered and are even now starting to get testy. Reading a few of the comments from posters over there who refuse to change. They are going to go down with the ship. Sad...

    Welcome aboard. All that stuff can be found in the Steelers Talk forum, it's at the top of the forums list on the main page. If you are here on a Sunday or Monday, you can't miss the gameday thread. They've been averaging between 7-800 posts or so.
