At my old job, we had a monthly all-day meeting, starting at 8am. They were as exciting as watching the Browns practice. After SNF games, I don't think I ever didn't fall asleep during one of those meetings.

This is the likely scenario. They blocked 2 games last year and both involved the Steelers.

according to Ben's post practice comments today they aren't looking past the current week and they don't care about next week or next two weeks or a month from now and they are preparing as if they are playing the best team in the world. However that could just be locker room talk.

It stinks if I pick one game of the year to come to Pittsburgh to see from Raisinville to root for our Steelers and I plan on driving back after the 4:25 game so I don't get a hotel. Then, they flex it and I am screwed since all hotels are full. (Luckily, I wanted to take the next day off at work so I booked a hotel in April.) However, it sucks for others who are in this situation.

It's not getting flexed. NFL flexed a Week 8 game yesterday. They would have announced this as well.

that was the packers and atlanta moved to a 4:00 oclock starting time
they can move those as they want
the flex on the sunday night game is to be done 12 days ahead
so it would have been announced
guess the networks are fighting some of the flexes

No it will not get flexed. They want the biggest game of week on at 4 and second biggest on at 830. I am pretty sure pats steelers is the game of the week............

I prefer 1pm....then Primetime....never been a fan of 430....just because I feel like we lose more often at 430 than any other time. (Philly was 430)

Wish the NFL kept track of that stat..
