After reading several thoughts through the board about the developing players, I am wondering....
Who do you think will be the most improved player at the end of the season?

    There are several interesting options...

Are you excluding rookies? Since they have never done anything, anything is an improvement.

Shazier. I think he is going to have a huge year. He is going to be invited to the Probowl, but of course will have to decline because he will be playing in the Superbowl!

Including rookies, taking into account their first game / last 2016 Season game (SB!)

Jesse James for me. Some would not notice it at first.. but if you look at his first half pass blocking and transition into his second half during the Cincinnati game.. he is well on his way. .

It may be a while.. but he is well on his way.

Honorable mention would be Anthony Chickillo. He seems to be settling in more and more as each game passes. Soon enough.. he will start to generate some heat and collect some sacks as well (even if it is not double digit).

Sammie Coates. He has already looked better from just this preseason. His route running will get better and his chemistry with Ben will get better. He will also learn to always keep looking for the ball on every play because you never know when Ben is gonna be old school Ben again.

I suppose DHB also isn't an option because he's already perfect too right? LOL!

I like Coates as a pick. He is shaping up to be what I hoped he would be, however, I'm going in a completely different direction here. I believe Bell is going to be the most improved player. You have to compare Bell to Bell not Bell to other players. I think he needs to come back with a chip on his shoulder for a number of reasons and if he doesn't I will be disappointed.

Yes, I agree. I don't know how many on this board that can remember when Magic was a rookie NBA player...well, I can remember the vets getting hit upside the head with the ball from Magic from an assist pass. The reason why, is that once they got to a position where they didn't think they were opened...they would relax. They soon realized that there wasn't a position on the floor that Magic couldn't get you the ball. So, they began to keep they're heads on a swivel or continue to get hit upside the head...lol...just a little knowledge for you Coates

Hard to just pick one with the infusion of youth on this roster.

I'm going with AV. I see the maturation in his game happening weekly, and I think it continues all season.
