Shark's personal life doesn't interest me.

 

My thing with him is I just don't think he has ever consistently looked like a first round linebacker. I think there is a vast difference between the way he looks on the field vs how Shazier looks on the field. I can totally see why they didn't just automatically resign him.

 

Shazier is a Troy P type player. A wild dervish out there! I'll give JJ credit though he's holding the edge and droping into coverage way better than I'd have thought he could.

Back on topic:
He was ok on Special teams. Didn't like when he had to come in for Mitchell though.

Okay but Moats, and Harrison aren't getting sacks either but there better than JJ. He is our 4th best OLB behind, Moats, Harrison, Dupree.

I came around today on Cockrel today, I didn't think he had it in him but played well against AJ.

 

I've actually been a pretty big fan of his since he got here. Maybe it was just because he simply wasn't Antwon Blake.
