I don't know Reed is one of the premier TE and we did alright against him.

I thought Eifert was out til October. Didn't realize there was ever a chance of him playing in this game.

Eifert got hurt in the Probowl and put off surgery thinking that time would heal it. He then opted for surgery 2 weeks before training camp. Out until at Least October.

Says he will never play in another meaningless pro bowl game ever again.

They do have Boyd though now who will cause some match up problems. Not a TE but can be a threat nonetheless.

That's what I was thinking too. I thought he was at least out for the first four weeks of the season.

Never good to hear that. If you want to make a point, beat your rivals when they are at their best. It is no fun if the conditions are not the same.

It seems the Steelers have problems with Eifert and for the matter any quality TE,
the seam routes kill this defense. I am glad he is out.

I'm not too interested in making a point. I'm interested in winning the game. The best point to make is to beat them twice and eliminate them from the play-offs.

It's a shame that Eifert is out, on the grounds that he's a good football player. I doubt that Marvin Lewis is despondent at us not having Bell or Bryant in, though.

we are not exactly at full strength either. bell, green, dupree, nix, bryant, shazier?, wheaton?, gilbert, cam. lots of parts out or dinged up here too. :smiley1::cool:
