Thanks for that link. I remember those good times in the 70`s almost like yesterday. I was sure we were going to win in `74 too. Was very hopeful in `73, but the Dolphins had just enough run game to beat us in the playoffs. If we got by the Dolphins we would have three-peat.

Back then the players/teams really hated each other. They played more for the glory of winning than for the money. The Raiders were especially hated, by just about everyone except Raider fans. They were considered the most dirtiest and most cheating team. When the Steelers and Raiders met it was must see TV for the whole country. We will never see stuff like that again, just have the memories.
