    I've come to realize that either:

    a) Guys who write articles quoting anonymous scouts are just making stuff up.
    b) Scouts who will talk to these guys are anonymous because they don't have identification.
    c) A lot of scouts are pretty stupid or like to screw with people who ask them questions.
