The draft on the left includes an instant starter at CB, a contributor at DE, a legitimate return man, help at safety, the best punter available, the next Brett Keisel, and some tackle depth.

The middle draft provides an instant starter at CB, a situational pass rusher, a versatile d-lineman, a potential starter at safety, a back up QB, a developmental project at WR who has size, and a poor man's Ryan Shazier.

The draft in the right hand column provides a starter quality guy to rotate with Heyward and Tuitt, a starting safety, a potential starter at CB, Sean Spence's replacement, a 6' 4" 227 lb guy with 4.43 speed, a situational pass rusher, and a versatile o-lineman.

    I welcome your feedback.

Well, he did say to mock them...

First one: I generally like, but have not yet had time to watch film on Dillon. I think safety is our biggest need for a day 1 contributor if the light doesn't flick on. I'm targeting safety earlier with Joseph, Thompson or Simmons in mind. Also, not digging a punter in the draft, and would love to get Bennenoch in the 7th, but expect him to go in the 5th at latest. He's pretty good clay for a line coach to work with.

Second one: I'd be happy, but I can't see Thompson going outside of the top 75. Too much ball hawking tape.

Third one: hmmm... Nkemdiche. Big time boom or bust prospect. I watched everything I could find on him several weeks back, and he made me oscillate between being impressed as hell, and disgusted with alarming frequency. He has a top 10 raw ability level, but just seems lazy as all hell too often. He scares me, but if we take him I'll cross my fingers and hope the impressive version takes over full time. Substitute Thompson for Cash, and that works. I want our safeties to be pass defenders first and foremost, and when I've watched Cash he almost never ventured more than 10 yards downfield in coverage.

I like the first two and hate the third, Fugitive. Nkemdeche has the polar opposite of the "high motor" scouts love, I think he's a bum. Cash seems to me to be a 1980's SS in that he is basically an extra LB who will sometimes be responsible for a TE. I don't think he will flourish in today's NFL.

Having said that, I'd take either of the first two. Welcome to the board. :smiley1:

Definitely like the 2nd one the best. But the arrest for Pot will probably cross D. Wilson off the Steelers board, being so close to Bryant's suspension.

I dont mind that punter pick. Jordan Berry went from very impressive going into the season to me wishing we had Wing back on the back half of the season.

white is not another slot corner. he's 5-11 193 lbs. i wouldn't mind having him here. lowery and benenoch have been moving up the draft boards as of lately, they may go much higher. i like brown and ioannidis for sure. i do like lee. i do like cash but i think there are better coverage safeties. williams and longa are good players to keep an eye on for sure.
