I would love to see the first 24 picks that resulted in Hargreaves being available at 25.

Last year, Senquez Golson (second round), Sammie Coates (third round) and Doran Grant (fourth round) came to Pittsburgh for visits. So did receivers Tyler Murphy and Devin Gardner and tight end Cam Clear, who signed as undrafted free agents. Therefore I would think at least three of this year's seven choices will be among those who made an official visit.

 

I tend to agree with that.

I love it. Rounds 1,2, and 4 are exactly who I'd love to get in those slots. I think turtle said it already, but a guy like Hargreaves (that no one thought we'd have a chance at) falling to us at 25 would be like Decastro all over again. I'd be so happy after four rounds I wouldn't even care about the rest.

 

I like them all except round 2. I haven't researched Willie Henry, so don't know much about him. Hargreaves, Simmons, Smith, and Thomas would be a great haul imo, if they were all there - I think some of those guys are a round late though....tough to predict

With the recent interest in QBs and norman free agent status, the steelers have a reasonable chance of getting apple, wjax3 or burns in round one, which would help make them a SB contender.

However, if somehow they could move up for Hargreaves, add a good safety and an average nose tackle, then they would have to be the favorite to win the SB. Of course this depends on bell, Ben and ab being healthy.

 

I'm reading more and more on Burns. I like him a lot. I think he ends up with the Browns.
