If the Cowboys are not bringing him back that should tell you something about him. This isn't Madden where you just can load up on talent without locker room issues and cancers. I wouldn't sign Greg Hardy no matter how good he is on the field. He isn't worth the headache off the field. Same for Aldon Smith.

Apparently Greg Hardy has been seeing psychiatric help. Dare I say Steelers sign him if cheap for 2 reasons 1. Steelers might be the team to shape his dumb arse up and he can be a force ridiculous rotation with tooey, cam, hargrave and 2. Prevent Bengals from signing him and allowing him to kill Ben and Bell.
