What free agent(s) would you like for the Steelers to sign?

cmon Weddle... I think he can be the missing piece to bring us #7

 

That's exactly what is going to happen. Unless they feel really strongly about a certain player and are willing to pony up the cash for him, they'll just sit back and claim someone that makes sense and doesn't hurt the pocket book too badly.

 

I'd like Chandler too. Idk what his price would be, but he'd be a nice option.

I like Weddle; but I'm not confident in him coming here. I think we need to stop pipe dreaming; Our FO isn't going to do anything in free agency until after the draft.

 

For the record I think he has Pat's written all over him however he has a good relationship with Tomlin and I think I read Ben as well. If the price is right he is ours! I think it will be before the draft if he signs and I also think if we sign him we still draft a S.

From what I've been seeing on Twitter this AM doesnt look like anyone is expecting us to sign weddle. I would love to have him, and I know he wants to play for a contender, but I think other "contenders" can offer him much more money than we can. If by some chance he does sign here, it has been a well kept secret so far??

 

That would make perfect sense for Baltimore. They could use a guy that can take the top off the defense. I wouldn't like to see that signing happen at all.

Tashaun Gipson could be on our radar but i think we will sign a cb or a safety after the draft and when the allen money willl be available (june)
