    I'm actually hoping Jerry Stays. I was not bent out of shape about Butler leaving Because I think Jerry would be a awesome LB coach. If Keith is staying and he was told three years ago he was our next DC then its very possible this is LeBeau's last hurrah, last chance for another ring. When Keith moves up I want Jerry to take his spot.

    None of these are surprises. Assistant coaches on successful teams are going to be in demand to interview for more prestigious or lucrative coaching spots on other teams.
