I was happy about Farmer, too. I remember a UCLA-Miami game where he went toe-to-toe with Santana Moss. I thought he was a steal. I was only 14 though and didn't have the internet yet.

What a valiant effort by our Black and Gold. Fought through all the adversities. Never gave up. Can't wait until next year!

Ha! I thought Farmer was going to be a great possession receiver. Oops

No matter how ticked off I am about losing in Denver..:mad:...

I see a very bright future for our team!!!!:thumbs up:

We`ve grown in experience on D, and a couple younger receivers got some game experience, and showed some good potential!!

We look like the some of the young kids are figuring it out, and we might actually have some talented depth, on the bench behind our starters in a few positions, for the first time, in a long time!!!

Damn sure not at qb... but...

Both lines, look like they could be 2-deep, at training camp...

We allready have plenty of talented wr`s and rb`s..

    a couple decent(or better) TE`s...

LB`s look to be "up to the standard", and deep...

I would say cb`s and safeties are the "chink in the armor"...

    What a surprise, huh?

I got faith we will keep the right ones, and get more help there!!!!

    GO STEELERS!!!:dfense::steelflag:

When I was 14 I thought Neil O'Donnell was a future Hall of Famer. So there's that. LOL!

    Just don`t do it. Please...;)

    That`s where "depth" comes in..
And I think we are starting to build some,

For the first time, in a long time...

The ONLY upside to injuries this year, was getting younger players, more experience, than they would usually get...

Building "multi-positional capability" , among the linemen...:hi:(Tip o` the hat to Tomlin, there...)

I also liked that Butler gave Dupree a chance to make an immediate impact..
Not sure he would have had as many snaps(esp early in the year), under LeBeau.

On a side note, I`m hopin` Doran Grant, emerges as a legit CB/Safety..

That`s just the homer in me... There MUST be sumthin the coaches see, that keeps him off the field...

He played better in college, than anyone on our roster is now, in the NFL...

He has to have some issues the coaches see, that I don`t...
    Here`s hoping he fixes `em!!

    GO STEELERS!!

I only had to read about him... Didn`t have to live thru his success or failure...
Glad he opened the door for Bradshaw, tho...

Lived thru all of his successes, and, um... not successes!!!:lolol:

    GO STEELERS!!!
