Who fumbled the game away?

 

I am not exactly a Tomlin supporter, but I think he and the staff coached a good game. I see no problem not having Boswell attempt the FG; pinning the broncos deep was a better option. Don't forget that the wind was swirling...and where the Broncos would have gotten the ball had Boswell missed. Tomlin was cautious there. BUT...it would have been really interesting to try a fake there.

 

The gameplan was too conservative and allowed the fumble to be the play of the game. If you put up touchdowns and don't settle for field goals then yes, the fumble doesn't matter. But with that said the gameplan was good enough to win. They were counting on everybody to do their job but Tomlins guy let everybody down.

 

Or have Ben line up like a fake and have Ben punt like in the past. Takes them out of their punt return mode and less likely chance of a touchback.
