I think our defense will show up today, so I chose Ben spreading the ball. Ben needs to dunk and dunk an be highly consistent today, something he isn't known for.

I voted putting pressure on Manning as being #1, but there are more things we need to do to win.

I am worried about what our game plan on offense is. When we beat the Donkeys last time, AB was the hammer that cracked that Donkey nut of a defense. They could not cover him, even if in double coverage. That opened everything else up. Now we don`t have AB. That means we have to change what we do because if we just go with "next man up", what will happen is when Ben drops back and holds the ball there will probably be nobody open and he will get sacked often and eventually Ben will start forcing the ball and the picks will follow.

Between Ben`s injury and AB being out I am assuming we will be smart enough to make changes. The ball must come out quickly or be thrown away. I know Ben hates throwing the ball away, but IMO if he does not and takes hits, we are on the way to losing. This will probably result in less scoring than last time, but it is the only way.

Because we will score less, the other important thing is the defense having a big day.

So, pressure Manning, have Ben get the ball out quickly or throw it away, play best defense possible.

Voted create pressure to make Manning feel uncomfortable. Hopefully that creates turnovers. Would like to see the snap go over Peyton's head for a safety on the first play of the game.

Something has just occurred to me. I remember back a few years ago, we played the Ravens and Ben played in a boot, so we went out of the pistol more or less the whole night.

Is this something we're likely to see this week, everything out of the pistol/shotgun (similar to New England), just to give Ben that extra second to protect himself/ get the ball out?

I want us to establish the run game but Denver is only giving 3.3 YPC. That will be a tough battle. I voted on pressuring Manning. If he gets comfortable Thomas and Sanders will go ballistic. I hope the defensive players get a grammy, emmy, academy, and tony award for disguising the blitzes. I hope they don't just get a participation trophy.

Appears the turnover choice was the right one.
