Did the Steelers play today and lose it seems like every talking head on every pre-and post game show today pretty much has Denver playing New England Already

 

They must be forgetting Manning has 9 one and dones in his career.

 

All that talk about Denver playing New England won't mean anything if THE STEELERS GO INTO MILE HIGH AND KICK SOME BRONCO BUTT TOMORROW!!!

 

True, because then they'll all be talking about how Brady is poised to win another SB. SMH.

CBS post game was interesting... Boomer basically said they have no chance, Cowher said, "last I checked the Steelers are showing up to play tomorrow"

 

I heard that too. You gotta love Cowher, he will always bleed black and gold.

I would not be able to stand seeing an AFCCG set up as the "nasty, cheating Steelers" against the "heroic Pats". You can see the media licking their chops at that idea. We're the bad guys now. For no reason other than the Bengals don't know how to play football properly. But what better way to make everyone forget deflategate once and for all?

Narrative is ultimately what the media care about. At the moment, the narrative is Manning vs Brady. Let's hope after today it's about the best offense in the league who have overcome adversity to meet the team that are in the play-offs because of a legal ruling, rather than abiding by the rules.
