This^ how in the world is a whistle blown so quickly especially when the refs are told to let the play run its course then confirm the TOs that are automatically reviewed anyway.

Don't even know that it was halftime - I noticed the difference in defensive play when the 4th quarter started. Not sure if seeing Ben get carted off took the wind out of their sails (shouldn't have, in fact should have been the exact opposite - they should have manned up and decided it was time for them to win the game), whether they got complacent that they were tossing a shutout, or whether it was a scheme issue (prevent? really?). The D did not look good in the 4th.

Thankfully, Shazier was a one-man wrecking crew out there for 4 quarters.

rob, the game is 60 minutes long not 45. that prevent crap we didn't play for 3 quarters should never have been done in the 4th. why do we always want to change what is working when we had hit on a formula that was working for this defense finally? there was a 20 yard gap in the middle of the field like a no mans land. a high school qb could have picked that apart. butler does run the defense so who should we blame? landry jones?

Remember, this game should have been 22-0 when Shazier blew up Bernard and the idiot refs blew the whistle. Shazier should've scored. Ballgame.

The problem is our offense right now., Everyone is so occupied with how horrible our corners are. The offense hasn't done anything since our last Denver game. We lost to the Ravens. Barely beat the browns (that game was closer than the score) and we should have lost to the Bengals. All because our offense could not sustain drives. The playcalling is predictable. We can't seem to mix it up... we're not using the play action. We're not using the hurry up offense, we need to do something to spark our offense. Earlier in the year no one could stop our passing game...now it's about all about trying to hit a HR or nothing.

The Bengals spent much of that game with 7 or 8 guys in the box with 2 deep safeties. That means the 10-15 yard pass plays should have been easy. We either throw it short or deep. We might not score a point against the Broncos if we don't figure it out now.
