Chris Mortensen is rreporting that Todd Haley is definitely out in Arizona and that Bruce Arians has the inside track to replace him. I don't really want Haley here brcause we don't seem to do as well when we bring in someone from other organizations. I really just started this topic to read humorous responses about the "crappy" job Arians will do with the Cardinals. :-D What does everyone think?

Steeler Nation posted on Facebook that BA went to the Cards but then deleted it. Haven't seen anyting else online about it.

How can BA replace Haley when Haley isnt even with AZ (and hasnt been for a couple years)?

But if they do have an OC opening...and they offer it to him and he takes it...good for him...I could care less.

Haley left the Cards in 2008 to become the Head Coach of the Chiefs and was fired in December.

Wouldn't be funny if Ravens let their current OC go and Arians went there?

Please don't believe anything about Arians being on anybodies list as an OC. I was just going to start a thread about Arians claiaming that he has been contacted by “five or six” teams since Friday, but wouldn’t go into specifics.

Please man!! There was at least six head coaching jobs that opened up and Arians name was not mentioned for any of them. I know that Whisenhunt doesn't want Arians as his OC because Whisenhunt is the OC for his team.

Can anyone imagine that any team would want BA as their OC? I don't think so. Infect, if no one hires him, that will just justify how bad he is.

Stand by and keep your ears open!

He has admitted he couldn't find a HC position, said he sent out resumes but never received an opportunity. I'm sure he is talking about OC positions when he says 5 or 6 teams have contacted him.

Thats what I said, who would even hire him as an OC. He was never on anybodies radar as a head coach. I don't even see him on anybodies radar as an OC. If he doesn't get a job, it will just justify how bad he really was.

If he does get hired by Arizona, we'll at least know what is coming on offensive plays.

Also, in Art Rooney II's Talks Steelers Part 2 of 2, he states that it was just time for the Steelers to move on, and that they needed to be better on offense. That was the answer to Bob Labriola's Question on weather Art II was the guy who retired him. Art II said that Arians only did a good job for them and that the question of how we got here are not really relevant and that it was time for a change and that we are looking forward to moving on.

How much planer can you say your fired? However, his contract was up so they didn't have to bring him back. The best thing for all parties concerned.

I'm glad the Rooney's took it out of Tomlins hands because Tomlin was walking around with his eyes wide shut and letting Ben make the decision on who was going to be the OC. If it was left up to Tomlin, Arians would still be the OC and Steeler Nation would still be suffering!!

    Where is NM?

Didn't someone post here that the "talks with Arizona" were about QB coach, not OC. Just trying to stay clear about what's going on out there.

Yeah who would want a OC that has never had a losing record won a super bowl went to another one finished in the top halg of scoring three times and had an offense that put up a good amount of yards every year.

Yes, NM Steelers Fan, the NUMBER 1 BRUCE ARIANS SUPPORTER on the message Board. He pimped Arians relentlessly!!!

Since Arians was let go, he has not been on the board. I'm quite sure that when he shows up, he will pitch a "B" about Arians being fired!!!!

Because BS sucks and so does Cam. They hate Cam as much as we hate BA. They finally see Cam fired and they get SOOOO happy. Then they hire BA and you know what follows ;-)
