Kurt Warner: Coach Haley will try to score 50 points today

Faulk: Wheaton, Brown and Bryant will have 100 receiving yards and 1 TD EACH, AT LEAST...
Warner: That wouldn't surprise me, coach Haley is going to try to score 50 points today and make a statement...

 

LOL. If that were actually the case our secondary will probably give up 51.

 

He had his chance last week to "make a statement"!!!!!!!!

 

I'd be happy if they take the points that are there instead of trying to get cute or enforcing the will on the first drive.

 

I think we might see a very aggressive D today. When Butler has been cautious the secondary has been picked apart and his front seven hasn't generated turnovers or sacks. I think he goes blitz heavy and brings pressure from all over.

 

Get up early so us as fans can watch the bills jets game. That game is more important then the Steelers and the Browns. If we don't get the help we need today we can win 100-0 and it won't mean ****

 

We need 3 things today .First we need a win . 2nd. we need a Bills win. 3rd. we need to win big put the fear back into the rest of the AFC..

 

I'm not seeing the problem (other than a rainbow-induced wishful thinking prediction). I feel that a team should go out EVERY week trying to score 50 pts. Why wait to make a "statement" in what may amount to a meaningless game? Wouldn't the statement game have been last week vs. the Ravens?

That said, I hope they are right. I'd love to hang 50-60 on them and somehow make it into the playoffs.
