Just like the Patriots threw their game to get back at Tomlin for his "headsetgate" comments so did the Bengals throw the game to get back at a division rival!

you actualy think the bengals would hurt there chances for a first round bye just to keep the steelers out of the playoffs when its a long shot for the steelers to even make it

Rumors are beginning to swirl around New England that the Broncos threw the game last week versus the Steelers. They say that Manning ordered this thru John Elway because Pittsburgh has the only chance to stop Brady from another Super Bowl win.

Obviously BB agrees and that's why he threw the Pats game and convinced the Bengals to lay down vs the Broncos.


And I believe this too. I mean what else could explains Brock Osweiler looking like Peyton Manning in the first half and then Kent Graham in the second?

 

You seriously don't think the Bengals didn't want to have a 1st round bye, and one less game to win, and have a home playoff game in the divisional round, and maybe homefield throughout the playoffs still in play?

 

The Steelers actually threw their game vs the Ravens on orders from the NFL, so they could pimp the Jets vs Rex saga, in what otherwise would have been a semi-meaningless game.

 

If any team threw a game this week, the steelers should be investigated for doing it.....

 

Absolutely.
They would do anything to avoid playing the Steelers again. I wouldn't be surprised to see them tank the entire 2016 season just to avoid Pittsburgh in the playoffs next year.

 

And, and, and the Chargers and Raiders are trying to share a stadium in Carson knowing that one of them would have to leave the AFC and not face the steelers in any future AFCCgames!

Baltimore tried to throw the game week, they committed 12 penalties - one that cost them a TD, got themselves in sorts of 2nd and 20, and 3rd and long situations. But even with that the Steelers were able to overcome the fix , and restored integrity, virtue and fair play to the NFL. God bless you, Mr Rooney!

 

Kent Graham???? Wasn't he the one who invented the telephone? Or was it the cracker? Or was it the unit of metric weight? He certainly has no relevance to the Steelers although allegedly someone with his name was signed to keep Cowher from being fired in 1999-2000 for starting Kordell over Tomczak. Impressive stats for the cracker king - 1 TD and 13 sacks!

I heard a long time Bengals fan (that gave up watching this year out of disgust).... that they lost last night so they can make the wild card round..... how else can they say that lost in the first week of the playoffs.... if they don't play in the first week?
