We were minus Big and Bryant for the previous meeting. If we can't beat the Ravens and Browns the final two weeks, we don't deserve the playoffs.

I'm reading that it may be Ryan Mallett. Big arm, 7 year old's maturity. That could be fun.

Don't be absurd. Isn't it more of a function of whether Stevie is a righty or southpaw?

My idea of a belated Christmas present this Sunday would be for us to be up by so much at halftime that Heath Miller takes over at QB the second half and we punt on third down every possession (when we don't score) just to give our 3rd string D some game time experience. Not unlike the Steelers 75th anniversary game against the Ratbirds a few years back when Ben has something like four or five 1st half TD passes? :drinks:

they will want to ruin our season by keeping us out of the playoffs
    we would essentially be them
    sitting home

time to KNUCKLE UP and play smart

I agree however our defense has a habit of letting these guys look like Montana and Marino. Our defense has to keep doing what it has been doing, we need to see the 2nd half defense from last week the rest of the way......en route to #7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does a win plus Jets loss clinch a playoff game?

Ben might throw for 500 yards against their non existent pass defense:

Facing easily the best defense in the league, Roethlisberger posted his second most passing yards of the season. Roethlisberger relentlessly targeted Antonio Brown against the Broncos' elite cornerbacks, finding his No. 1 receiver 16 times for 189 yards and two touchdowns. Roethlisberger proved once again that matchups no longer matter for him in Pittsburgh's scary-good offense. The only blemish was a nightmarishly bad decision on a late interception, but the Broncos couldn't make the Steelers pay. Roethlisberger will be in the mix for No. 1 overall quarterback against the Ravens' nonexistent pass defense in Week 16.

Being up here for Xmas...we went to Denver game. Suppose to go back to ATL but looking now to go to BWI before we leave...

I want to regardless... but decided to ask boys instead of surprise them. They aren't feeling it for several reasons :( 80% rain gametime, I'd be out $500 for upper level,it's on Baltimore, would have to drive 10-12 hrs after game to make it to work Monday....ugh! When I write down its a stupid idea....but its MY STEELERS!

Yeah but we have seen in the past this defense is so inconsistent they can make any QB look like All Pro. Tim Tebow comes to mind hehe

Normally I would be worried but man, they have the whole team on IR. Harbaugh will have tricks up his sleeve for sure. They might try in the beginning but if they are getting blown out they will probably just give up. A high draft pick for a healthy Ravens team next year is downright scary. Steelers need to win now
