Got to give the team credit. Some of the best halftime adjustments I've seen in a long time. Worked to perfection!
    Maybe some of Tomlin's best?

I concur it's been a long time since we could acknowledge ANY adjustments and today's results were fantastic

I like to know what was said in that locker room at half time it was a complete 180.

Hopefully this defense(and Tomlin) realize how good they can be and continue to play like they did in the second half

I was thinking the same thing while walking my dog...they used to be the best at making halftime adjustments ...been a very long time.. more man coverage in the 2nd half

Props to the fans, they seemed loud and very into it, even when down...

Hopefully today was a lesson for our coaches. Stop playing soft cover 3 zone, and let the players play. Our DBs are not very good, but they play better when they're turned loose on simple man assignments instead of being told to keep everything in front of them and try to "hand off" receivers between zones. Other than Gay, our corners are just awful at zone. They react too slowly to receivers entering their zones of responsibility, and when the ball is caught in front of them they have been tackling poorly.

The second half was reminiscent of the Pats game back in 2011 when LeBeau uncharacteristically played tight man coverage and befuddled Brady.

The biggest adjustment was benching Blake and inserting 25 into the game. Something we been saying here for the past month. How and why do we keep starting Blake while he can't defend and can't tackle.

I found it odd that Tomlin said they made no adjustments at halftime.

Tomlin is lying if he said they did nothing but drink Gatorade and chill while in the locker at half. Notice the coverage was a little tighter in the 3rd and 4th. Was only 8 yards lol.

That's BS.. Unless he has zero communication with the D coordinator, which isn't the case.. The most obvious adjustment was Blake being benched for Boykin.. The D played tight with the receivers, that was plain as day as well.

Blake has to go. We played so much better with him out. He's a bad cb and the weakest link

If you can't tell by now, MT is a very basic politician.

Tomlin said they just stopped kicking their own butts.

Apparently, Joey Porter was the great motivator at half time.

Hmmm, Tomlin says no adjustments? I only watched the game live, and haven't rewatched any plays to dissect x's and o's, but my eyes told me that we played a ton of man coverage in the 2nd half. We came out aggressive and eliminated most of the soft cushions that had allowed Osweiler to play easy pitch and catch in the first half. Did my eyes deceive me? Did we play same the same old soft Cover 2 and Cover 3 zones that we played in the 1st half?

On the way out of the game, my wife asked me, "If they can make adjustments at half time, why do they wait until halftime to do it?"

I thought she had a good point.

He said when he was going to the locker room at the half that we just needed to quit inflicting wounds on ourselves and "be who we are" and I was like "Uh! We ARE being who we are because we are the 31st ranked pass d! We actually need to QUIT being who we are!" That is what we did in the 2nd half. It was like 2 different teams came out. Although I will say that the Broncos have been horrendous in the 2nd half so I HOPE that we didn't just witness an anomaly today. Regardless we've still got some serious issues in our secondary and specifically our safety department.

I think Lambert showed up and fired up the defense.

I'm up about this game and happy to have a 3-game winning streak finally.

However, even though MT doesn't want us to, I live in fear of this fact - the Broncos issues in the 2nd half lately. I think we roll over Balt and Cleveland and get our real chance at testing this hypothesis in the playoffs. Hopefully not as that would assume we're being torched to test it...

mt has said before they don't make adjustments at halftime. they go into a game with a game plan from the weeks practice. i hope keeping blake on the bench will be next weeks game plan and that internet sensation gets more playing time.

Yes that Pat's game and the second half of this one looked very similar. One reason Brock looked so good in the first half is that he was just playing pitch and catch to open receivers - any QB in the NFL (and probably most in college) could make those throws. They all seemed to be his first reads, too. Then in the second half, the receivers were not open - our guys were right there and most of the passes were contested. Whatever we did in the second half - more of that, please. Or, like someone else questioned, how about some second quarter adjustments and not wait until halftime?
