Well Ben just knows a TURD is a TURD and no matter what the NFL or Washington DC says.
It is entirely impossible to pick one up by the clean end

Good for Ben, glad he didn't buy his lame excuse of being pushed.

I hate Burfict more and more by the second. What a filthy maggot, he was absolutely trying to hurt Ben, would have been a feather in his cap taking out our star RB and QB.

I'm not one to ***** for penalties or ask for fines, but how was that obvious intention to hurt any different than what the Saints did where players/coaches got suspended I guess the difference is proof of intent and evidence, but a suspension is seriously warranted.

Again, the massive elephant in the room: How in the hell does that not get flagged? These BS non-calls on the illegal hits on Ben have to be addressed by the league.

We always say it but it is true - had that been Brady 13 flags would have been thrown on the field!

Burfict's history certainly makes him look guilty.

    http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...buy-excuse-cincinnati-bengals-vontaze-burfict

He was flagged AND fined for similar hits on Cam Newton and Greg Olsen...including two other incidents that have been fined.

Not to mention his tackle that crumpled Le'Veon Bell's legs up. The league needs to take action or teach Burfict how to properly play the game because more star players will get injured if this guy keeps playing.

Hooray for Ben! I'm glad he called them out, but did it in a professional manner. I can honestly say that, as a Steelers fan, I am in no way embarrassed by Ben's comments on this issue. Bengals fans can't say the same regarding Pacman's comments or Burfict's dirty play. Meh, maybe they're proud of it. If they are, it's not a good look.

I think it's high time the officials are held accountable for these types of non-penalty calls. And I'm not talking about just moving their crews to another game or timeslot. I'm talking about taking money out of their paychecks and/or termination. The officials need to be held accountable in some manner for their incompetence. They should know the rule book inside and out. If it takes making these positions a full-time job, then the NFL needs to do that.

I really don't like that Tomlin took the PC route. He seriously needs to start speaking out on the non calls to Ben's knees. It's getting ridiculous really. Everybody here knows that I don't like BA but I will at least say that he calls a spade a spade and when the refs are doing bad he lets them know about it in pressers and things like that. I'm not saying I expect Tomlin to whine about everything but he could at least speak the truth respectfully on behalf of his most important player who is making an incredible salary and is our only hope of doing anything whatsoever on an elite level.

I'm ticked about that Burfict hit on Ben. He needs a BIG fine. I really don't like playing the "refs are against us" card, but the officiating Sunday was a travesty from start to finish. An utter home field advantage disgrace.

Too bad we won't get a similar home field advantage this week from the refs.

It's been going on for years, 12to88. They simply don't try to even make it look fair and balanced when it comes to Ben. I'll never forget the year Ngata broke Ben's nose on an illegal hit to Ben's head. There was no flag. Like two weeks later I'm watching a Colts game and someone's pinky grazed Manning helmet and it was fifteen yards.

I agree with the RobVos, if Burfict had done that to Brady it would've been flagged. Same goes for the Rams player that took Ben out for 25% of the season.

Had the same initial reaction but I think the league neutered him when he spoke out about the headsets in NE. He probably got called into the principles office so now he's just going to take the PC route.

Yeah I was about to say that I thought it was weird that Tomlin would mention faulty headsets but not illegal hits to his qb. Although we later found out what was wrong with the headsets when we saw Rex slamming them to the ground out of anger. LOL!

Anyone have the time on the kick at DeCastro? There was a few articles with a Vine link, but the video has been removed. Not sure why they went agressive with the takedown/removal for all the video of non-calls that happened in this game early.
