Because he wouldn't make the throws?:shrug:While Jones might have missed some wide open receivers here the stat you need to remember from Vick's tenure. You miss 100% of the throws you don't make.

Jones should have had atleast 2 more picks. The throws he did make didn't help them win. 13 points is 13 points.

Dude it's pointless to even try with some people. If you can't see a difference in the offense between Landry and Vick you are clearly blind. Bell had a great game statistically and so did AB. This guy also fails to mention the fact that Williams dropped a perfect pass in the red zone that would have given us a first at the 4 but instead we had to settle for a FG. Anybody that thinks Vick is better than Landry, at this point, is just a Vick supporter and nothing more. The playbook is VASTLY more open with Landry on the field. That is not even open for debate. Heck Ben even said before the game that Landry knows the book even better than he does! But yeah, let's play Vick... Good grief.

Hit the nail on the head there. Vick "statistically" got the offense more points then Landry. He "statistically" turned it over 0 times. Infinitely better then Landry. Don't talk stats lmao.

In Vicks first game You forgot to remember that Brown dropped a TD. It happens.

While it was somewhat prettier, the outcome remains the same. Landry is not a much better option then Vick. If he wasn't hurt he would have played.

...and we would have lost this game AND the AZ game. This loss is not on Landry.

LOL, no, its more apparent then ever that they shouldnt have. Holy cow.

The only thing Vick had that Landry didnt was a better defense.

If the defense doesn't learn how to tackle, they could lose all three.

If they don't cover the TE better they could lose all three.

    Idk what you guys watched.

Like I said... It was prettier... But he also missed a ton of throws and nearly three millions of picks.

Not saying it's his fault. They lost and 2-2 the last 4 weeks because we don't have Ben.

Tomlin would have still played Vick over Landry and now we know why.

He's a head coach with a super bowl win and we are merely fans. He's not some dumbass who is stuck because of the Rooney rule. He's not a guy who starts his bffs. No matter how hard you try I am not sold that Landry should have been the number 2.

Did you not notice the near picks Vick threw as well? Also the tipped ball play was more AB's fault than it was Landry's. The fumble was the result of a 3rd string linemen in his first start getting blown by by a great player.

    All of them.

I saw a lot of scary throws today that I know we all were cringing.

I'm not a Vick lover. They both suck. Lucky to be 4-3.

Also if Tomlin is as much of a genius as you are making him out to be then please explain to me the decisions in the rats game. Criticism of Tomlin is sometimes warranted.

It's the game of inches, and I didn't say he was genius. I thought he should of kicked that FG today. Too aggressive.

I'll never understand what happened in the Ravens game. Ever. I try not to go back to that dark and scary place.

I actually didn't mind going for it but I do question the decision to not use Bell in either instance OR the rats game. He's the best back in the league and if you don't think he can get one or two yards then what the crap?

Bells yards after contact is ridiculously good, its so freaking stupid that they keep giving the ball to other people in those situations. Bell may not make it but hes your best option!

They are going to need him to beat Cincy. The offense actually resembled a football team with Landry under center but they are going to need the finely tuned offensive attack they were displaying before Ben went down. I only hope Ben is up to the challenge.

I think there will be some rust but after what we've endured from Vick if Ben plays his worst game ever we will be calling for him to win league MVP. LOL!

Vick would have lit the Chiefs up.

I think they still score 10-14 points.
