    chili will be on the menu here with hot dogs since they have been on the winning side since earlier in the season. (can't take the chance of not having them now) :smiley1: nachos and cheese as always too. pulled pork sandwiches will be available to the gang as well. :cool:

    Sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions. Slow cooked in Guinness and then pan fried for caramelization. Served on a hearty roll.

    If you need mustard, you did it wrong. ;)

    Dude i'm coming to watch the game with you! Sounds good. I like the slow cooked in Guinness factor! I did sweet and hot sausage and peppers yesterday for a Halloween event. Smoked all first then finished on the grill, mixed in some raw garlic, provolone and mozzarella chunks and finished in the convection oven.

    Today it will be ale house food ;) to cure a hangover.
