Injury Report

Has anyone seen an update on Shazier? Is he practicing today?

 

Tomlin was vague on Shazier's injury but noted that they are waiting for his shoulder to strengthen up. Strengthen up from what? I don't understand what happened. Did he have minor arthroscopic surgery?

 

the shop vac didn't practice again. still waiting on a new hose.

 

He had/has weakness in his shoulder from his injury against the 49'ers. This can certainly happen from a stinger, but it seems really odd that it has lingered this long. Anyone have experience with something like this? I've had stingers before, but they generally went away fairly quickly.

 

By looking at Shazier the other day I say we're gonna be without him for a while. I hate to hear this about Spaeth because we might need his blocking skills this week. I know they're not AS good as Heath's but every bit helps.

 

Probably pinched a nerve in his shoulder.

 

I'll bet you he went ahead and tried to keep working it out after the injury. Young guys think they can rush things and be Superman....

 

Shazier's propensity to miss games due to injury is becoming increasingly frustrating. Exciting, dynamic player but that and $100 will buy you a cup of joe at Starbucks (happy coffee day) when he's watching from the sideline.

 

Crazy thing is, didn't Shazier not miss a single game in college? Sucks that he keeps getting dinged up in the pros.

 

Shazier is out, I heard. This guy cannot stay healthy. Too small.
