LOL! Today I wore khaki shorts to work and it was actually kinda chilly this morning so I wore my Ghostbusters jacket today too and this dude walks up and goes "khaki on khaki???" LOL! I mean I'm dressed like a million bucks and look extremely cool and all this moron can see is khaki. Sometimes I just don't understand people.

I am constantly questioning the same thing on snapping the ball with 4 seconds or less. I agree it gives the defense time to look over the alignment and make adjustments. I never see the audible or time off the clock to benefit the Steelers. In the game against the Pats it really hurt us as we were down two scores and running plays like we were winning taking the play clock down.

I haven't seen any meanness, anger, talking BIG crap, etc... from the players. If you've ever noticed, those are the years the team seems do it's absolute best.

They can put up all the yards they want, but if they aren't putting points on the board that stat doesn't mean a damn thing, they made the game appear close only because they scored a TD in garbage time with 2 seconds left on the clock, winning in the stat column is meaningless if you lose the game.....

That game was never close, a garbage TD with 2 seconds left, might make some people think it was a close game, but it wasn't.....

And unless you're moving the football you'll never score points, so yes, it does matter. And they left 13 points on the field, correct those errors, game is much closer.

I agree and disagree. Yes, being down we maybe should have sped it up. But running the clock down to the last few seconds means you are seeing the honest alignment the defense is in.

This is Dum-lin's team now and what else is there to say except just waiting for the lights to come on in the Rooney's homes. As a die hard Steelers fan all I can say is This team has completely lost it's identity thanks to Dum-lin.

Also the more time the offense stays on the field the less time the defense stays on the field.

That game was that close when it ended. Maybe you believe they completely outplayed the Steelers. which i debatable (a ball bounces differently here, a penalty is or isnt called there, a receiver sits down in bounds instead of out of bounds before catching the ball and its a tie game)...but the score really was that close at the end.

Ok, this is meant in good humor, and you may have been dressed like a million bucks, but the vision I got was right around a buck thirty seven.

LOL!!! People just don't have a good fashion sense these days! I mean LOOK at that jacket. It has a PROTON PACK, sewn on Ghostbusters patch, ELBOW PADS, AND a Venkman name patch! Basically the greatest jacket of all time!

I agreed with those who think it wasn't terrible. Of course, I've been a fan through the lean years.

    It'll get better.

Problem is, on game day it's too late to correct your errors: Efficient offenses score points and the offenses that make mistakes don't score, the truth is they never left any points on the field because they made critical mistakes that kept them from scoring: You clean up your mistakes in practice so you don't make them on game day and problem solved.......

Well, when it was Cowher's team it missed the playoffs 5 out of the last 9 years he was the coach. Were you saying the same things about The Chin?

Yes I was JJ. Remember...teams used to fear coming to Pittsburgh to play the STEELERS because they knew they were going to be physically beaten up even if if they squeaked out a win. This defense isn't anywhere near that level. Not saying they can't get there, but this defense isn't anywhere near that level yet. Although, last game was nice to see that it looks like they're heading in the right direction. The question is, can they keep it up? I hope so. Go STEELERS !!!
