    If he did it, fire him and prosecute him. As much as we'd like to strike people that probably deserve it, in a civilized society, there's no excuse for doing so (save for self defense).

    See, Pats fans? This is how you respond to one of your own doing wrong.

    I'm going to go Pats fan on this one. He didn't kick him he tripped and when he did his leg flew up and hit a Pats fan.

    LOL. And the atmospheric pressure, along with a faulty power grid caused his leg to whip out with force.

    Is there video of this? Can we destroy it? THEY HAVE NO PROOF!

    For the record, I was disagreeing with the prosecute part of your post and theres no excuse for doing so.

    As an employee of the Steelers, yeah, unfortunately he needs to go but I see time and again vile behavior from fans that somehow gets excused because they bought a ticket. Some people deserve to be punched in the mouth, and he didnt even do that, pretty much the equivalent of giving him a kick in the pnats.

    I understand that the fan first approached J Daniel and tried pawning him some used Radio Shack headsets for ten bucks and that's when Daniel gave him the boot! (Not nearly as blatant though as former Pgh Pirate Randall Simon clubbing one of the racing sausages with a bat in the kneecap at Brewers park several seasons ago. :drinks:

    Well, he denies it and the other coaches are backing him up at least.

    But we'll still have to await the police investigation (if one exists) and probably the league's.

    I'm inclined to believe he's innocent (of course), but if any actual evidence comes to light, he'll have to face the music.
