Gradkowski (shoulder), Adams (back), Lemon (achilles), Pouncey (foot), and Golson (shoulder) are all starting camp on PUP. Lemon's achilles injury is reportedly a strain.Pouncey's considered day to day with a foot sprain. Mike Adams is coming off a back surgery (7/20) and will need approximately 4 weeks recovery. No word on the severity of Golson's shoulder.

Count down for people complaining or whatever.

Saying Golson is already injury prone and/or a bust.

    Adams should be cut.

    Grad is old.

    Pouncey still injury prone.

    And so on....

Damn, wonder why Adams must have been in mini-camp. They kept that quiet and waited until the last minute to sign another tackle.

The Grad shoulder worries me, but he's a vet coming off the bench and doesn't really need the work. There is nothing behind him though and hopefully he doesn't see the field as a back-up anyway.

Got to be careful about Pouncey's foot. Might color some of the roster moves if it persists through camp/preseason.

Never like to see rookies start on the PUP, especially second rounders.....

What worries me is Adams. He's not that good to begin with and now will miss all of training camp and preseason games.

I know accidents happen, but If the Steelers know of these injuries why wait till training camp to have medical work done? This has always frustrated me. Do the Steelers monitor their players closely enough? We need Golson on the field learning.

Pouncey is not serious...the only one that I'm worried about is golson. The rest will play out andtheir positions will be evaluated as needed

yep not much in the way of backup tackles but the 4 we have will get alot of work behind beach. not good for adams.

in steps doran grant and webb.

dr.wallace will get some extra work now. my uncle flew from arizona to pittsburgh in the seat next to wallace last week. said he's one heck of a nice guy. my sons asked my uncle if he was inappropriately touched. lol :lolol::facepalm::cool:

Where does it say they've waited before doing anything? The list is just those who aren't currently able to practice...

I'm thinking he's talking bout Adams having surgery 6 days ago. Adams needs to be in camp. Not understanding the scheduling myself.

Must have been something they thought time could heal and after the time it just didn't act right ? The positive could be he has been dealing with this for awhile.

It appears to me he is very good as a run blocker ,but horrid as a pass protector maybe getting his back right can help him get right ?

Aha, gotcha. Thought I was missing something. It was the reference to Golson that confused me.

With surgery, there are any number of variables at work, though. I doubt it's a simple team scheduling decision.

Just to clarify, I believe all players should be practicing, especially in training camp when so much learning/conditioning is going on. It is suppose to be in the high 80's possible 90
around here this week, would love for these tempertures to stay all thru training camp. And no camp cupcake. LOL.

Oh you wait, he will have them there. These poor millionaires in this 90 degree weather will be just too much to handle for these guys. Yet a laborer making 60 and working his ass off is asked for more mud more water. Get back to work we have a job to finish.

Well, I'd be willing to give Harrison a pass as he's been seen in 110 plus running with weights.

Lol, do new contracts usually come with injury repellant? If that is the case, then he should have
definitely had his agent fight harder to get one of those in the new deal.
