what will the starting lineup look like

The question was what's the starting lineup.... and it's almost a certainty Harrison is starter day one. Now if we are to talk about snap counts then yes, JH will end up with the fewest snap counts along side Dupree. I do not see JH being solely a 3rd down specialist. Deebo is a smart LB, solid run stuffer. The only thing that will take him off the field is the need for oxygen and his age increases that need.

Porter is limiting his snaps because it's a long season, and keeping him fresh for the playoffs is a plus and it aids in the development of JJ.

Are we defining the starting defense as the first 11 guys who walk out for the first snap of the first game? If so, I see Harrison as a starter if for no reason other than how last season ended and respect. But after that everything will be constantly changing and I have my doubts about JH being on the field for the first snap of the next game.

If JH is actually being looked at as more than a third down specialist, and is only going to 15-25 snaps, might it be better to save him until maybe save him until the middle of the third quarter and then let him beat on a tired tackle?

I am saying Dupree will start. once he gets to camp and gets playbook, he will be there.

 

I see Moats and Jarvis as the starters at OLB, use Harrison as a 3rd down pass rush specialist.

I hope we DO have a true "FB"...Not FB/TE.... Doubt that we will...

Other than that, the D-backs, are my biggest concern...

We seem pretty solid everywhere else...
